Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on major public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines across India are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 5-10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-14 business days

Unforeseen Delays & Carrier Liability
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery dates may vary due to courier backlogs, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen external circumstances. Pixy Boo is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to our shipping partners and dispatched from our facility.
